Difference between polyester high stretch yarn and polyester low stretch yarn

Polyester stretch yarn has good elasticity, good handle, stable quality, is not easy to decolorize, strong tension, uniform dyeing, bright color, and complete specifications. The product can be pure woven, or interwoven with silk, cotton, viscose and other fibers, and can be made into elastic fabrics and various kinds of wrinkled fabrics, which have a unique style.

Polyester low elastic yarn is a kind of textured yarn type of polyester chemical fiber. It is made from PET chips by high-speed spinning of polyester pre oriented yarn (POY), and then by drawing and false twisting. It is characterized by short process, high efficiency and good quality.

1. Different elasticity: the elasticity of high elastic yarn is much stronger than that of low elastic yarn;

2. Different processes: the difference between low elastic yarn and high elastic yarn refers to that when ordinary polyester fibers are texturized, the second hot box of the texturing machine is opened, which means low elastic yarn and high elastic yarn.

3. Different shapes: DTY fiber is curly and FDY fiber is straight.

4. Different costs: there are many processes for polyester low stretch yarn, with higher costs, while the cost of high stretch yarn is lower.
